Ipoh, fondly known as the “Mountain City,” is surrounded by limestone hills and home to many nature-based recreational and tourist attractions. Among them is the historic Perak Cave Temple, one of Ipoh’s iconic landmarks, the Sunway Lost World of Tambun nestled against limestone cliffs, and the nature-filled Qing Xin Ling Leisure & Cultural Village.
At the heart of Qing Xin Ling Leisure & Cultural Village lies a vast lake, with scenic views surrounding its shores and mountains embracing the water. The area is quite expansive, but fortunately, free bicycles are provided to help visitors explore and enjoy the scenery at a relaxed pace. With the lake's surface calm like a mirror, many find their minds soothed and their spirits calmed upon arriving here.
Qing Xin Ling Leisure & Cultural Village is home to many attractions, such as the God of Wealth statue, a Wishing Tree, romantic wooden cottages, 3D murals, and a cultural village. Essentially, every corner of this place—from its plants to its scenery—offers something to enjoy and can easily fill your time. Beyond immersing yourself in the beauty of nature, you can also take a nostalgic journey through themed areas like Xungen Hall, Time Street, Memories of the Past, and Retro Shops, allowing you to relive the charm of bygone days.
A friendly reminder: the village is closed on Sundays and public holidays, so it’s not open to visitors on those days. The opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
